Agreement

By downloading or using SOLFR ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. Simple.

What SOLFR Is

SOLFR is a sound and frequency application designed to aid relaxation, meditation, and sleep. It is developed by Fuzzy Logic Gaming Studio.

What SOLFR Is NOT

SOLFR is not a medical device, therapy, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional. Solfeggio frequencies are presented for relaxation purposes — we make no medical claims.

Subscriptions

• SOLFR may offer premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's store settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies.
• Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Your Use

• Use SOLFR for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
• Don't redistribute or resell the app or its content.
• Don't use SOLFR while operating heavy machinery or driving (it's literally designed to make you sleepy).

Intellectual Property

All content in SOLFR — including audio, design, code, and branding — is owned by Fuzzy Logic Gaming Studio. You get a license to use the app. You don't own the app.

Data Deletion

All data is stored on your device. Delete the app to remove it. For subscription data, see our data deletion page.

Disclaimers

SOLFR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will cure your insomnia, align your chakras, or achieve cosmic consciousness. We hope it helps, but we can't promise anything.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuzzy Logic Gaming Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SOLFR.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We'll update the date at the top when changes are made.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
