Who We Are

SOLFR is developed by Fuzzy Logic Gaming Studio ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains how we handle your information when you use the SOLFR mobile application.

The Short Version

We don't collect your data. Seriously. No accounts, no analytics servers, no tracking pixels, no user profiles. Your sleep habits are none of our business.

Information We Do NOT Collect

Personal information (name, email, phone number)
Usage analytics or behavioral data
Location data
Device identifiers for tracking
Health or sleep data
Any data transmitted to our servers (we don't have tracking servers)

On-Device Only

All app preferences, saved presets, and settings are stored locally on your device. Nothing leaves your phone. If you delete the app, that data is gone.

Subscriptions

SOLFR offers optional subscriptions managed entirely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat. We do not process payments directly. Subscription management, billing, and payment information are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective privacy policies:

Third-Party Services

The app itself does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party involvement is:

RevenueCat — For subscription management. RevenueCat processes anonymized transaction data from Apple/Google. No personally identifiable information is shared by us.

Data Deletion

SOLFR stores all data on your device only. To delete your data, simply delete the app. For details on removing anonymized subscription data, see our data deletion page.

Children's Privacy

SOLFR does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app does not collect information from anyone.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, we'll update this page. Given that our policy is essentially "we don't collect data," changes would be unusual.
