Subscription Support
Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google, not us. To manage or cancel:
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → SOLFR
- Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → SOLFR
For refunds, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
Quick Fixes
- No sound? Check silent mode and volume. SOLFR respects your device's ringer switch.
- Audio stops in background? Make sure SOLFR has background audio permission in your device settings.
- Something else broken? Delete and reinstall the app. Your subscription will restore automatically.
